Any petition being considered by the Avon Plan Commission shall first be reviewed by TAC.  It is the responsibility of the petitioner to submit adequate review materials (as per the terms of Chapter 4-8 of the Avon Zoning Ordinance) for each pending petition.

 

A petitioner may be excused from submitting materials to a TAC member through written confirmation by a representative of the TAC member.  Otherwise, plans must be submitted to each TAC agency listed for a petition to be docketed.
