The Building Department oversees all construction activity in the Town, as well as permit review and Zoning Code compliance.Mike Tulli is the Building Commissioner. Mr. Tulli has been Building Commissioner since 1996. Mr. Tulli is a State Certified Building Inspector for Residential and Commercial Buildings. Mr. Tulli is a State Certified Plans Examiner.  Mr. Tulli attended Purdue University. He has worked for the City of Indianapolis as Local Building Official, Residential Inspector, Commercial Inspector, Inspection Supervisor and Plan Review Manager.
Mr. Tulli is a member of the Indiana Association of Building Officials and the International Code Council.
Mr. Tulli is the father of three children.
Building Commissioner's office hours: 8am to 4:30pm
