NOTICE

Effective April 2, 2007, the Washington Township / Avon Fire Department will begin charging a $.03 per square foot plan review fee for all newly constructed Class 1 buildings in the Town of Avon (does not include one- and two-family residence).

All building permit applications submitted to the Town of Avon must include a separate check payable to the Washington Township / Avon Fire Department.  Applications will not be processed until all fees have been received.
