Incident Reports

Incident Reports (reports from criminal incidents) are available for a minimal .05 cents per page copy fee.  Incident Reports are available on a one on one basis.  Because of privacy legislation parts of incident reports or entire incident reports may NOT be available.  We recommend that when obtaining an incident report that you call 317-272-4485 and speak to the Administrative Assistant to ascertain the status of the incident report that you're requesting and the exact cost.  We accept payment in cash, money order or cashier's check only.  Please bring exact amount for payment.  Personal checks and debit/credit cards are not accepted.
