Residential and Business Alarm Permits

The Town of Avon requires that residences and businesses within the city limits obtain an Alarm Permit for any and all alarm systems installed.

Residential Alarm Permits are $25. Ea. and valid for 1 year.

Business Alarm Permits are $50. Ea.  and valid for 1 yr.

Alarm permits may be obtained at the Police Department, no appointment needed.  We will accept your personal check, business check, money order or cash for payment.

You may also download the Alarm Permit Application from the town Web site at www.avongov.org.  After completing the application for Alarm Permit, you may mail the application and your payment to:
