Continuing with the town council's instruction, the following is a report of the window payments versus mailed in/drop-box payments for the month of May. Please note the court administrator had two prearranged days off as well as, one day off site for annual software training and one holiday.
The court administrator assisted 140 patrons, 109 were present to pay their fines. Twenty-nine people mailed in their payments and fourteen chose to utilize the drop-box. Over the course of seventeen days, 197 phone calls were received as well.
