Continuing with the town council's instruction, the following is a report of the window payments versus mailed in/drop-box payments for the month of August: 

The court administrator assisted 170 patrons, 157 were present to pay their fines.  Ninety-nine people mailed in their payments and twenty chose to utilize the drop-box.  The above figures are over the course of twenty days (1 pre-approved absence).   207 phone calls were received during this time.
