SE 22-02: Love It Sew

Requests the approval of a Special Exception to allow for a retail good establishment with less than 5,000 square feet of floor area. The proposed establishment is a sewing business for sewing machine sales and repair, fabric sales, and sewing classes in a C-4 district. The property is located the east side of Avon Avenue approximately 0.1 mile south of Co. Rd 100 N and is zoned C-4.
