Town Adopts No Cash Payment Policy

The Town Council has adopted a new policy regarding the acceptance of payment for Town services to comply with changes in State Law regarding internal controls. The new policy states that cash will not be accepted for payment to the Town. Payment is by either credit card or check. Departments have been given discretion regarding payments for services under $5 to either accept cash or waive the fee.
